11寸1728*2368分辨率,-40℃低温工作阳光下可视屏幕总成。在低温方面,该总成可以过-43℃低温工作测试。在屏蔽方面可以达到国军标电磁兼容,目前我司成熟量产的屏蔽膜有两种,一种是金属网格屏蔽膜,一种是ITO屏蔽膜。金属网格屏蔽膜,性能可靠性稳定,屏蔽效能好,百分之95的项目的首选,缺点是显示的清晰度不够。ITO膜的优点是,显示清晰。缺点是屏蔽效能差一些,而且在可靠性实验中容易氧化。
TP的盖板可以用旭硝子的,也可以用康宁的。使用蓝宝石的盖板玻璃,可以过基地沙尘实验。如果配备屏蔽玻璃,可以用于装车的场景,过25KV静电测试。
